Terms of Service

Last updated: February 26, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TabCrate Chrome extension (the "Extension") operated by Plurality LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Extension is a browser tool that allows you to save, organize, search, and restore browser tabs. The Extension is available in two tiers:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Payment (Pro Tier)

To access Pro features, you must purchase a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. By subscribing, you agree to:

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we may make exceptions at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over the tab data, URLs, or content you save through the Extension.

For details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Extension and cloud services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Extension or cloud sync may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Plurality LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Specifically, while the Extension is designed to help protect your tabs from data loss, we do not guarantee that your tabs will never be lost. The Extension is a tool to reduce risk, not eliminate it.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLURALITY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plurality LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Extension.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part of it (including the Pro tier) at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue the Pro tier, we will provide reasonable notice and will not charge you for any period after discontinuation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension or Pro features at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination:

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plurality LLC regarding the Extension and supersede any prior agreements.
